The Visian ICL is an implantable lens designed to fix large degrees of nearsightedness (myopia) for patients who are not ideal LASIK candidates. In order to make the surgery safer with an even lower risk and better visual outcome, Dr Devgan introduced his "No Touch" technique which allows for better surgery and vision.

This technqiue allows patients, even those who have inch-thick glasses, to see sharply with both eyes just minutes after surgery.
